I offer private sessions, tailored specifically for you. These sessions are designed to help you feel great in your body and mind.
My instruction is intended to guide and help you with joint mobility, flexibility, strength, recovery, nervous system regulation, and deep tension release.

Join me for a monthly online group workshop where we explore unique practices to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Each month offers a different pathway; dance therapy, breathwork, art expression, guided journaling—all thoughtfully designed to support healing and personal growth.
