About me

II am a certified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor with a multidisciplinary background in movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness.

Movement has been part of my life since childhood—but it wasn’t until I experienced a period of disconnection that I truly began to understand its power. That chapter led me to explore nutrition, plant medicine, and nervous system regulation, ultimately guiding me toward yoga as a lasting practice of embodiment and healing.

Originally from the East Coast, I later moved West, spending time in Portland, Oregon, where I deepened my focus on wellness. I earned my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in traditional Hatha Yoga, and have continued my studies in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Kids Yoga. I am also a trained Kriya Breathwork Facilitator, integrating breathwork into my sessions to support nervous system regulation and cultivate a sense of calm, balance, and body awareness.

Through over 400 hours of personal yoga practice, I developed a deeper awareness of my movement patterns and areas in my body that needed additional support. While yoga remains a foundational and deeply valued part of my practice, I became interested in building greater joint stability and a more refined, supportive core connection.

This curiosity led me to Pilates. Through my training and personal practice, I experienced how Pilates complements yoga—strengthening stabilizing muscles, improving breath control, and supporting more balanced, efficient movement.

I have completed over 300 hours of Pilates training, including Mat Pilates certification with Body Soul Wellness and comprehensive STOTT Pilates training with LiveMetta in Long Beach, California. My STOTT training includes work across Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels at essential, intermediate, and advanced levels.

I chose to study the STOTT Pilates method because of its evidence-based approach, with a focus on joint stability, spinal alignment, and functional movement. I am trained to provide postural analysis and adapt sessions to the individual—prioritizing precision, support, and long-term resilience over choreography.

Today, I continue to teach, practice, and train in Los Angeles County, offering group classes, workshops, and private sessions. My work integrates yoga, Pilates, and breathwork—supporting nervous system regulation, building strength and stability, and helping clients develop a deeper connection to their bodies.
