About me

I’m a certified fitness/yoga instructor and artist with a multidisciplinary background. My work draws from a wide range of modalities—movement, visual art, and plant medicine—to help others reconnect with their bodies and explore new pathways to health and self-awareness.

Originally from Washington, D.C., I studied Environmental Design. I developed a strong foundation in spatial awareness, aesthetics, and the ways in which our built environments shape human well-being. This understanding of structure and space continues to influence my work—from the way I sequence a yoga class to how I compose visual art and create healing spaces.

Movement has been part of my life since childhood—playing sports, dancing, jumping on trampolines—but it wasn’t until I experienced a period of disconnection that I truly began to understand its power. That chapter led me to explore nutrition, plant medicine, and nervous system regulation, eventually guiding me toward yoga as a lasting practice of embodiment and healing.

After college, I moved to Portland, Oregon and deepened my focus on herbalism and wellness. I earned my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and furthered my training in Restorative Yoga, Hands-On Adjustment, and Kids Yoga. My passion for deep tension and emotional release led me to complete a specialized Yin Yoga training with Tracey Coleman. I’m currently pursuing my 500-hour advanced yoga certification and a breathwork facilitator certification, expanding my integrative approach to healing.

Now based in Los Angeles County, California, I teach fitness and yoga classes and workshops, offer private sessions, and work across disciplines as a painter. I also love creating small-batch botanical skincare products—further encouraging deep care and connection to the body.

My diverse training allows me to approach healing with a unique lens: drawing connections between structure and flow, body and environment. My mission is to support others in their journey of reconnecting with themselves.
